We encourage coaches and sports administrators nationwide to bring our leadership curriculum to their school or organization as an opportunity to educate and empower their athletes and transform your community.
Our programming is designed to empower sports administrators, coaches and athletes to be leaders in addressing matters of racism, prejudice, diversity and inclusivity within their teams, schools and communities. Over the past four years, we've found that our programs increase knowledge of race-related concepts and constructs, as well as shift attitudes. Many coaches have also said the program helped to improve team chemistry.
How to Get Started

What To Expect
- Each module or lesson provides activity-based learning to engage and build the leadership skills of your team.
- Coaches and athletic staff are trained by RISE to facilitate the modules with their team. Training is provided in person for a subset of the modules while other content is made available through our online training platform.
- Coaches typically execute one module, each about 45 minutes in length, per week before a practice.
- To help us measure program impact and participant satisfaction, both coaches and student-athletes complete pre- and post-program online surveys.
